Create this beautiful French braided hat to fit Simonne and other 15-16 fashion dolls. Learn the techniques of braiding, lining with silk and decorating with flowers. It is a match to the Ribbon Dress Workshop. Students need to bring a basic sewing kit, sewing gauge, milliner’s needle, thimble, iron, Opti visor, and small June Taylor Board, and lamp if possible.
